From the villages of Jongieux and Billième in the Combe de Savoie - 50 year old vines on argilo-calcaire soils at 400 meters elevation.
Vinification and elevage is in stainless steel tanks with a brief 4 month elevage before bottling.
TASTING NOTES |
This one is as easy drinking as they come - think cool vintage Beaujolais with a dose of fresh, Alpine minerality. Fresh cherries and high toned red fruits on the nose and palate that are juicy and bright with a bit of tartness. Great served with a slight chill.
