TASTING NOTES |
A kaleidoscope full of sensations. The nose is very fresh with intense, vibrantly fragrant aromas of ripe pears with bright apple notes, fresh asparagus, lifted florals and subtle minerally Ginseng notes. Rich bodied, bright and elegantly concentrated flavours of sweet stone fruits are entwined with herbal and rooted mineral notes. Refreshing and refined, with fine textures and a crisp, poised finish.
