VINEYARDS | Vines are an average age of 50 years in La Horra and Roa on limestone/chalk soils.

WINEMAKING | Fermentation in a combination of large wood and stainless steel vats followed by 16 months aging in barrel - 80% French oak and 20% American oak.

“The 2017 Corimbo I shows more advance and seems to be aging at a faster pace in this very challenging vintage in Ribera del Duero. It has more tertiary notes and some orange tints around the edge. The tannins are more noticeable and not as coated by the fruit." - Luis Gutierrez
