VINEYARDS | Vines are an average age of 25 years in La Horra and Roa on limestone/chalk soils.

WINEMAKING | Fermentation in a combination of large wood and stainless steel vats followed by 14 months aging in barrel - 80% French oak and 20% American oak.

“The first wine to be certified organic is the 2020 Corimbo, from a vintage that is riper and has more alcohol, and it shows more rusticity than the 2019 I tasted next to it. It has 14.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.7. It has some spiciness from the barrels, which should integrate with some more time in bottle.” - Luis Gutierrez
