VINEYARDS :: Santa Barbara AVA

WINEMAKING :: Primary fermentation in open top tanks with some stem inclusion. Malolactic and aging in a combination of French oak barrels (65%) & stainless steel tank (35%) for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES :: Ripe, bright red fruits of raspberry and Ranier cherry with subtle, savory, woodsy notes. Lively acidity provides structure and balance to the juicy fruit flavors.
